Do I need to make full payment for a pre-order? Can I make a partial payment?
There are 4 payment options available for pre-orders;
- Full Payment: Pay the full price of the device.
- RM300 Deposit: Pay a deposit of RM300.
- RM300 Deposit with Maxis Plan: Pay a RM300 depository along with a Maxis plan.
- Pay with Machines+ Points: Convert your Machines+ points to RM300 Deposit Voucher for your iPhone.
When can I receive my order?
- Pre-order before 16 September 23:59pm, Delivery / Pick-Up In Store from 19 September 8am onwards.
- Pre-Order after 16 September 23:59, Delivery / Pick-Up In Store from 26 September onwards.
Can I trade in my phone for a pre-order?
Yes, trade in is applicable for pre-order. You can pre-order with a RM300 deposit, and upon collection of your new iPhone, you may trade in your current phone. The trade in value will be applied to offset the remaining balance. View the trade in price here.
Can someone else help me collect my pre-order from the store?
For security purposes, please follow these steps:
- Contact us through our available communication channels to request a third-party collection.
- Provide the necessary details and information about the person who will be collecting the pre-order on your behalf.
Are instalment options available?
Yes, 0% Easy Payment Plans are available. You can opt for up to 36 months with selected credit cards, and up to 24 months with debit cards when you check out with Atome, PayLater by Grab, RHB PayLater or SPayLater.
What if I missed my store collection date?
If you fail to collect your device within forty-eight (48) hours from your selected date, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount to you.
Can I walk in to purchase on or after the launch date?
Yes, you can. However, we strongly encourage you to pre-order online or in store to secure your iPhone.
Will you deliver my pre-order to East Malaysia?
Pre-orders placed between 12 September 2025 and 17 September 2025, will be shipped out from 19 September 2025 onwards. Delivery typically takes four (4) to six (6) working days.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
General cancellations and refunds are not offered. However, please reach out to our customer support at contact@machines.com.my for further assistance. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse.
